Delivery is £2.99 to Mainland UK. We offer FREE tracked delivery on all orders over £19.99
We use Royal Mail and EVRi as our delivery partners. We aim to ship orders within 24 hours on working days.
EUROPE
Delivery is €4.99 to Europe. We offer FREE tracked delivery on orders over €24.99
Our European customers can purchase on the website and delivery will be made within 2-5 days from our European logistics partner. We have stock available within France, Germany, Italy and Spain. From these warehouses we can also cover other European countries.
UNITED STATES
What are you doing on this website? We have a separate website at https://thethumbleusa.com where you can receive QUICKER delivery from our warehouse in Michigan, USA. You can also reach the website by clicking on the USA flag in the right hand side of the header on this website.
REST OF THE WORLD
Delivery for all other countries is set at a flat rate of £20 using a tracked international service. Delivery times are different for each country, and we ask for your patience when waiting for your order. We are
not liable for any incurred customs charges.
Refund/Returns Policy
We hope you’re happy with your order from Thumble® Baby Care, but if for any reason you decide your purchase isn’t right for you, you can return unwanted items up to 30 working days after delivery for a full refund.
You are responsible for the cost of the return delivery charges. To ensure your order is returned correctly you may decide to use a tracked service.
Returned items must:
Be unused and in their original condition (including all packaging intact)
Be in a saleable condition.
