Delivery is £2.99 to Mainland UK. We offer FREE tracked delivery on all orders over £14.99
When can I expect my delivery?
We aim to ship orders within 24 hours on working days.
Please note a working day is Monday to Friday. We do not despatch orders on a weekend or on a bank holiday.
These are estimated delivery times. Once your Thumble® Baby Care order has been handed over to Royal Mail, we have no influence on the delivery time.
How do I track my order?
Once orders are placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive another email confirming that your order is on it's way.
This email will contain your Royal Mail Track and Trace reference number.

Please check your spam folder for order tracking emails in case they've found their way there to the wrong email folder.
International Delivery
We deliver to the rest of the world except for Europe due to problems with customers' not receiving their items after Brexit. European customers can purchase Thumble Baby Care products on the Amazon marketplace for their country.
Delivery for all other countries is set at a flat rate of £20 using Royal Mail International Tracked. You are responsible for any customs/duties charged.
Delivery times are different for each country and we ask for your patience when waiting for your order.
Refund/Returns Policy
We hope you’re happy with your order from Thumble® Baby Care, but if for any reason you decide your purchase isn’t right for you, you can return unwanted items up to 30 working days after delivery for a full refund.
You are responsible for the cost of the return delivery charges. To ensure your order is returned correctly you may decide to use a tracked service.
Returned items must:
Be unused and in their original condition (including all packaging intact)
Be in a saleable condition.
